COVID-19 Shipping Delays
All orders are shipped from our overseas warehouse. Due to COVID-19 air travel restrictions, there has been a significant reduction in air craft available for freight. Our international delivery partners are doing an amazing job but they have advised that shipping times are likely to take longer than usual.
We want to let you know that once your order has left our warehouse it is likely to be subject to international freight delays that are outside of our control.
We hope to have your order delivered as soon as possible, however we have recently seen delays in shipping times of approx. 2-4 weeks. This timeframe is changing regularly which may mean it could potentially be longer or shorter.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. You are able to track your order via Track Your Order Page or 17 tracks website. (Please note it may take 48-72 hours from the time it is shipped for your tracking information to update).
We understand that you might be a little worried to receive a package from overseas during this time. Please note that all packages are disinfected at time of shipping, as part of our delivery partners shipping policy. This is to ensure all packages are safe at time of shipping.

Please note once your order has been despatched we are unable to cancel it or refund it due to shipping delays. If you wish to return your order, you are able to do so once it has been delivered to you in line with our Return Policy
